Rod action describes where the rod bends. 'Fast' actions bend near the tip for sensitivity and quick hook sets, while 'Moderate' or 'Slow' actions bend further down the blank, making them ideal for moving baits like crankbaits.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do Lew's products come with a manufacturer warranty?

What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

While many of our reels feature corrosion-resistant components, we recommend checking the specific product specifications for 'Saltwater Ready' labeling. Always rinse your gear with fresh water after any saltwater outing.
